Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) is conducting a needs assessment survey for the city of Portsmouth. The survey is open to all Portsmouth residents whether or not they have used Extension services. The survey results will help VCE plan and prioritize programs and activities to meet the needs of the people in Portsmouth. The survey is confidential and takes about 7 minutes to complete.
