Join the Portsmouth Master Gardeners Association for an informative and inspiring talk titled "Nuts for Natives" at the Churchland Branch Library. This presentation will focus on the many benefits of incorporating native plants into your home garden and landscape, and how these plants can thrive in your outdoor spaces.

The talk will cover a variety of native plant options that fit different garden styles and conditions—from shady corners to sun-drenched areas—and provide tips on how to successfully select, plant, and care for them.

Whether you're looking to attract pollinators, improve soil health, or simply enjoy the beauty of native Virginia plants, this talk will offer practical advice to help you get started.
