The Helpline is available year-round via email. Please fill out the contact form below with your questions. The Helpline is typically staffed M-W-F from April to October and year-round via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for a reply.
Submit Samples
For more effective support, please provide up to FIVE photos of the plant or insect when submitting your inquiry. This helps our volunteers provide more accurate advice. Samples may be required after we review your request.
